Please refer to OLTR privacy and consent information firstly. This article has been provided because we wanted to make sure you understood that the information collected from the questionnaire is extremely valuable to this project.

Those who take part in sessions funded by the Ballarat Suicide Prevention Place Based Trial and complete the questionnaire will have the questionnaire responses provided to WVPHN. We want to ensure you that all responses provided to WVPHN are deidentified.
