This Meeting Place site has been set up to seek input around the current Needs Assessment.
The Need Assessment is a critical part of WVPHN's strategic planning and aims to identify the health needs, service needs and priorities and options to be used in annual planning for future commissioning activities.
WVPHN are currently towards the end of this process and will submit our three-year Needs Assessment to the commonwealth in November. We have just completed our prioritisation process based on extensive data search and analysis over the past year.
We are now seeking your expertise and knowledge of your local health needs and services to complement the quantitative insights and help with potential options, or challenges that are not coming out in the data.
Please click on the survey link below which will guide you through the areas seeking your input.
We appreciate your contribution and will provide an update on how your input was used in the final submission.
