The primary purpose is to gain an overview of the strengths and issues with the current local aged care system and gather ideas and suggestions about what could support people to age well in place.

Please provide your feedback on the service mapping spreadsheet. We are keen to hear of aged care services not listed and also of any services that are on the list but you don't believe are providing services. There are 4 sheets detailing providers per local government area under: Residential facilities; HCP; CHSP; and, health services.
